Meet the Staff
Samuel L. Harkey, D.V.M.

Dr. Harkey is the owner of All About Pets.  Dr. Harkey graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1999.  He is married to Amy, and they have 4 kids, Kaylynn, Leighton, Emma, and Mason.  They are also foster parents.  Dr. Harkey's veterinary interest include theriogenology (the study of reproduction) and pediatric medicine and surgery.  When Dr. Harkey gets out of the office, he enjoys hunting, riding his Suzuki 109R motorcycle, church life, or just being outside with his family.
      Lissa Teague

Lissa has worked at All About Pets since we opened in July of 2007.  Prior to working here she worked with Dr. Harkey for 6 years in practice with a heavy emphasis on pediatric care and management.  Lissa enjoys spending time with her kids, football, baseball, and baking elaborate birthday cakes.
      Robyn Lanore

Robyn joined the All About Pets staff in September of 2007.  Prior to working at All About Pets she was an office manager for a dental office.  Robyn has never met a stranger and loves to talk to people!  When you call or drop by, she is sure to great you with a friendly hello!  Robyn has two grown children and one still at home.  Robyn enjoys attending church, fishing, camping, and spending time with her kids and her grandbaby!
      Dog Food, Watch Cat
"Dog Food", yes that's the cats name, is our notorious watch cat.  We always get asked how we could name a cat that so the story goes kindof like this:  Dog Food came to us as a gift from a very close friend when we opened the clinic.  She initially was a barn cat and in charge of mouse control.  As winter began, her insistant pleading to come into the clinic where it was so warm was finally granted.  She immediately began chewing into our new bags of dog food (You may have even been sold a duct taped up bag!).  She could have been named "no-no bad cat" as often as we had to say that but when she fell in love with dogs we found a name that would stick.  "Dog Food" loves dogs.  She is not scared of the biggest dog and would often rub up against pit bulls, mastiffs, etc. while we would tell her that she was about to become dog food when she found the wrong dog.  Ever since then, she has been named "Dog Food".  We don't speak cat but I think she would answer to about anything as long as you have food in your hand!
    Elvis, annoying neighbor dog
Everyone who comes to All About Pets typically gets to meet Elvis.  Elvis is the neighbors Basset Hound.  Elvis gets bored at his house during the day and thinks the action is alot better around the clinic during business hours.  Elvis likes to greet you by jumping up onto you or your car as a friendly greeting.  Elvis also loves to see you leave and will chase your car all the way down the driveway and occasionally the road.  No one has ever ran over Elvis, but it is a wonder they haven't as short of legs as he has.
Meet the staff of All About Pets!
